Placeholder — approved version pendingDeva Victrix's Client Terms of Business are the contract that governs paid client engagements. They are separate from, and not merged into, the Website Terms of Use that govern general use of this website.
Publication of this page, or of the Client Terms themselves, does not by itself constitute acceptance of those terms by any visitor or prospective client. A client engagement, and the terms that govern it, arise only where Deva Victrix and the relevant client enter into an agreement in accordance with the applicable engagement documentation.
The current approved Client Terms of Business will be linked here as a stable, versioned PDF or DOC once confirmed. Historic versions used by existing clients will be retained rather than silently replaced, and each Engagement Letter will identify the effective version accepted for that engagement.
